Bonner Analytical Testing Company (BATCO), a full-service analytical and environmental testing laboratory in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, required a dependable source of ultra-high-purity nitrogen (99.99%) for its laboratory operations, including sample preparation, evaporation, and analytical instrumentation. The lab needed a compact on-site generator capable of consistent high-purity output without the logistics and recurring cost of delivered nitrogen cylinders.

Solution

Safe Equip supplied a PSA nitrogen generator, model GNW-15, delivering 280 SCFH at 99.99% nitrogen purity and up to 100 psig outlet pressure. The system integrates a 10 HP oil-filled screw air compressor, refrigerated air dryer, 4-stage filtration, oxygen trace analyzer, and nitrogen buffer tank — providing BATCO's laboratory with a continuous, self-sufficient high-purity nitrogen supply, full commissioning, and a 12-month warranty.
