The target

Company is enterprise for the production of metal strip from pure metal alloys used in the military industry. Task: To produce and supply a nitrogen unit with a concentration of 99.995% to maintain an inert environment in vacuum and convection furnaces.

Solution

Nitrogen generator GN-120 with a capacity of 1715 sft3/h is used to create an inert environment in conjunction with hydrogen generators. This process is necessary in order to achieve maximum dry hardening, which in turn increases the quality of manufactured products.
