To construct a station for supplying the company with nitrogen instead of the cryogenic station
This is a turnkey project, including reconstruction of the nitrogen's supply system. The nitrogen station is a mobile prefabricated building (complete prefabricated containers) with the capacity of 13416 sft3/h of nitrogen and with purity of 99.9995%.
The following works were performed in the framework of the contract:
- Development of the project of technical re-equipment of the hazardous production facility with further passing of the industrial safety project expertise.
- Preparation of the platform for a mobile prefabricated building of a nitrogen station
- Preparation of foundations for receivers and lightning rods for the station;
- Preparation of the turning area (50x50ft) with the connected road to the existing road;
- A road for the passage of fire-fighting vehicles, placed along the nitrogen station
- Production and installation of a trestle for laying utilities, including the preparation of foundations for load-bearing supports;
- Installation of engineering networks from the mobile building of the nitrogen station to the points of connection to the existing utility networks of the enterprise;
- Production of a block-modular building;
- Installation works, commissioning, putting into operation;
- Training of operating personnel.
The nitrogen station consists of four self-contained nitrogen production lines, three lines are operational and one is reserve; all the equipment is located on the basis of four 40-foot containers. Three three air receivers with a volume of 113 ft3 and a storage reservoir of production nitrogen with a volume of 353 ft m3 are also installed at the base.
