The target

Produce nitrogen system and place it in the sea type container for using it in all season without building special building for it. Locate the unit directly in the liquid ammonia warehouse, taking into account the aggressiveness of the operating environment. Calculate and install a nitrogen gas preheater to 280  °F.

Solution

We have implemented a technical solution based on two blocks:
"Nitrogen" box -  implemented on two nitrogen generators with a capacity of 27500 ft³/h each mounted in one block box with compressed air receivers.
"Air compressor" box - there are two Atlas Copco GA 160+ compressors mounted, one of them with frequency control.
The automation system is implemented on the basis of Siemens s7-1200 controller with a local 9" Touch Screen operator panel. The automation system allows to operate the station fully automatically without operator's presence. The preset parameters of the station are maintained fully automatically.
