Generator production

The facility is located 100 km outside Shanghai, next to Atlas Copco's main production facility in China in Wuxi city.

Before the equipment leaves the factory, we do a thorough 72 hours test, and only when the equipment reaches the necessary capacity and the required gas concentrations, are they packed up and sent by rail.

Step 1frame assembly

Generator production begins with the assembly of the frame.

Step 2installation of absorber-columns

Installation of columns-adsorbers begins after the frame frame has been installed (the adsorbent will be located in these columns, which will separate the air into two components, nitrogen and oxygen).

Step 3binding of the pneumatic system

After the columns have been mounted on the frame, we begin binding the pneumatic system of the generator, through which the pressurized air will circulate in the future.

Step 4binding of the control cabinet

After installing the pneumatic system, it is necessary to install the electronic control system of the generator and the pneumatic automatics, which will be used to control the key parameters of the generator.

Step 5adsorbent backfill

When the generator assembly is completed, the adsorbent is backfilled into the absorber columns. It should be noted that thanks to the in-house development of the adsorbent backfill system, the lifetime of the adsorbent is increased by 40%.

Step 6testing

Before shipping the generator to the customer, we conduct a thorough test run of the generator for 72 hours. Once the generator has reached the required gas concentration and capacity, we begin to prepare the equipment for shipment to the Customer.

Step 7packaging and shipment

The packaging of the generator and all associated equipment is done in such a way as to maximize the protection of the equipment against damage during transport and unloading. Before shipment, the customer can personally verify that the generator is ready and in full compliance with the technical specifications and all manufacturing standards.
