Oxygen generators PSA and VPSA consist of two adsorption columns filled with Na13x zeolite (molecular sieve), in the layer of which air separation takes place.
The PSA oxygen generator uses a unique adsorber filling system developed by our specialists, which increases the service life of the zeolite, protects it from abrasion and reduces its drift, which in turn increases the service interval of pneumatic valves.
The compressed air distribution system makes it possible to use the entire adsorbent layer and achieve maximum efficiency of the oxygen station while saving energy and compressed air.

1. Choose the right oxygen concentration
The wrong concentration can be a factor of several times the price.
2. Calculate the capacity of the station
Considering all consumer parameters, calculate the total amount of oxygen consumed. Pay attention to the units of measurement, the flow should be given to normal conditions, 37 SCFH (sft3/h) at 15 psig and 70°F.
3. Take into account the operating conditions
All station parameters are given under standard operating conditions of 70°F, higher temperatures above 95°F have a negative effect on the performance of the station.
4. Choose a compressor with a 10% margin
Many factors must be taken into account for the correct operation of the system: the nature of consumption, the number of peak loads, additional losses of compressed air, the volume of air receivers and much more.
